Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all Zone Thunder members in all community spaces. They exist to protect everyone â including you.
Last updated: March 2026
Zone Thunder is committed to being a safe, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable community for every Canadian adult who chooses to spend their time here. These Community Guidelines define the standards of behavior that all members are expected to maintain in every interaction on the platform â in community spaces, in feedback forms, and in any communication directed at other members or the Zone Thunder team.
By participating in the Zone Thunder community, you agree to these guidelines. Violations may result in action against your ability to participate in community spaces, up to and including permanent removal from community features. We've designed these guidelines to be clear, fair, and proportionate. Read them carefully â they exist to protect you as much as they protect others.
These guidelines supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between these guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Respect and Courtesy
All members of the Zone Thunder community must treat each other with basic respect and courtesy at all times. This means engaging with others as adults deserving of dignity, regardless of their skill level, regional background, opinions, or any personal characteristic.
Required behaviors:
- Address other members politely, even in disagreement
- Accept criticism of ideas without taking it personally
- Acknowledge differing opinions without belittling them
- Welcome newcomers to the community with patience
- Give credit to others when sharing their ideas or strategies
Prohibited behaviors:
- Personal attacks, insults, name-calling, or mockery of any member
- Condescending or dismissive language directed at other players
- Aggressive or hostile responses to disagreements
- Deliberate attempts to make members feel unwelcome or inferior
2. Harassment and Discrimination
Zone Thunder has zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination of any kind. Our community includes Canadians of diverse backgrounds, and every member has the right to participate without being targeted or marginalized on the basis of who they are.
Prohibited behaviors (this list is not exhaustive):
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse of any member
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, body size, or any other protected characteristic
- Use of slurs, hate speech, or dehumanizing language about any group
- Sharing personal information about another member without their explicit consent (doxxing)
- Sending unwanted messages, images, or contact to a member who has asked you to stop
- Coordinating harassment campaigns against any individual
Violations of this section are treated as serious infractions and will result in swift action, including immediate and permanent removal from community spaces for severe or repeated violations.
3. Content Standards
Content shared in Zone Thunder community spaces must be appropriate for an adult Canadian audience and consistent with the platform's values and purpose. While we're an adult platform (19+), "adult" does not mean anything goes â our community spaces are entertainment-focused, and content should reflect that.
Acceptable content:
- Arcade tips, strategies, and discussions about Legion Gold Conquest
- Friendly general conversation and community interaction
- Platform feedback, suggestions, and constructive criticism
- Creative content inspired by the Zone Thunder theme
- Helpful resources and information relevant to the community
Prohibited content:
- Explicit sexual content of any kind
- Graphic or gratuitous violent content
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes illegal activity
- Misinformation presented as fact, especially on health or safety topics
- Spam, repetitive posts, or unsolicited promotional content
- Content unrelated to Zone Thunder or its community purpose that clutters shared spaces
- Links to external sites that are inappropriate, harmful, or deceptive
4. Honesty and Integrity
The Zone Thunder community is built on authentic interaction between real people. Deceptive practices undermine the trust that makes the community valuable, and they will not be tolerated.
Prohibited behaviors:
- Impersonating other members, Zone Thunder staff, or any real person
- Creating false identities to evade previous bans or restrictions
- Deliberately spreading false information about Zone Thunder or its features
- Misrepresenting your relationship to Zone Thunder (e.g., falsely claiming to be staff)
- Sharing manipulated screenshots or fabricated evidence
- Participating in coordinated inauthentic behavior (fake reviews, astroturfing, etc.)
5. Responsible Play Discussion
Zone Thunder takes responsible entertainment seriously, and our community reflects that commitment. Discussions about healthy play habits are welcomed and encouraged. Members who raise concerns about their own or others' entertainment habits deserve support, not dismissal.
Required behaviors:
- Treat discussions about responsible play with maturity and compassion
- Direct anyone expressing concerns about their habits to our Responsible Play resources
- Never shame or mock members who discuss personal challenges
- Support fellow community members in maintaining healthy habits
Prohibited behaviors:
- Pressuring members to play more than they want to
- Dismissing or trivializing expressed concerns about entertainment habits
- Mocking members who choose to take breaks from the platform
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it. Reporting is how the community maintains its standards, and every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
How to report:
- Use the in-platform "Report" function where available
- Email hello@zonethunder.com with details of the incident
- Include as much context as possible: what was said, where, when, and who was involved
- Screenshots or other documentation are helpful but not required
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not reveal reporter identities to the subject of a report. We review all reports promptly, typically within two business days, and take appropriate action based on the severity and pattern of the behavior.
7. Enforcement
Zone Thunder uses a proportionate enforcement approach that takes into account the severity of violations, the pattern of behavior, and the context of each incident. Our moderation team exercises judgment in all cases.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning: A formal notice that the behavior violates our guidelines, with a request to change it
- Content removal: Removal of specific posts or contributions that violate guidelines
- Temporary restriction: A time-limited suspension from community spaces
- Permanent removal: Permanent exclusion from community participation for serious or repeated violations
Some violations â particularly harassment, hate speech, and threats of harm â may result in immediate permanent removal without a prior warning. Zone Thunder reserves the right to take any enforcement action we deem appropriate to protect the community.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing hello@zonethunder.com with "APPEAL" in the subject line. We review all good-faith appeals seriously.
8. Changes to These Guidelines
Zone Thunder may update these Community Guidelines at any time to address new situations, respond to community feedback, or reflect changes to the platform. When significant changes are made, we will notify the community through the platform. Continued participation in the community after guideline updates constitutes acceptance of the new guidelines.
We encourage all members to review these guidelines periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were most recently made. Questions about specific guideline provisions can be directed to hello@zonethunder.com.
